Join me for this informative and practical workshop that will help you to understand why your core and pelvic floor might not be supporting you as they should, and what to do about it.

During this workshop, we will look in detail at posture, movement and breathing patterns so you can learn how to better support your pelvic floor, and how to train your deep core to work reflexively.

You will understand why pelvic floor 'squeezy' exercises may be doing you more harm than good, and why common cues such as 'lift your pelvic floor' or 'brace your abs' might be slowing your healing.

After the session you will be confident about the next steps to take to ensure you build a healthy core for life.
